like.lu is a platform for sharing curated lists of locations in Luxembourg. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate location information
  • Post content that is abusive, harassing, or illegal
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Use the service for automated data collection without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

3. User Accounts

To create lists or submit locations, you must sign in with a supported identity provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (lists, location descriptions, notes). By submitting content, you grant like.lu a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute that content on the platform.

Location data submitted to like.lu is reviewed and approved by moderators before becoming publicly visible. We reserve the right to edit or remove any content that violates our community guidelines.

5. Community Guidelines

  • Only add places you have personally visited
  • Provide honest, constructive notes and ratings
  • Report inaccurate or inappropriate content to our moderation team
  • Respect other users and their contributions

6. Intellectual Property

The like.lu name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of like.lu. You may not use them without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

like.lu is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Location information is user-generated and may not be accurate, complete, or up to date. We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, like.lu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
